This pack introduces children to initial consonant blends such as st, sp, sn, sk, sl, sm, sc, sw, br, cr, dr, fr, pr, gr, tr, bl, pl, cl, fl, gl and qu. Each blend is written on a small card with a picture to help children recognise and say the blend. Cut out the cards and practise saying the blends again and again with your child until they become familiar with them. The blends are then repeated with different pictures, giving children further practice recognising and saying each one.
